Baobab Suites 5 stars

The KNX and Dali home automation project of Baobab Suite 5 Stars , which is located in the municipality of Adeje, located on the island of Tenerife. The new lighting control system, which has included intelligent lighting of the common areas, has been implemented. Automatic switching on of outdoor areas based on time, presence and brightness.

The home automation system was installed using the latest technologies of 2013, in accordance with the KNX standard and the Dali ( digital addressable lighting interface) standard system for lighting control. The light output of all lighting points can be controlled.

Baobab Suite 5 Star , 5 star luxury hotel, located in a privileged place from which to contemplate spectacular views of Costa Adeje, is a modern building opened in 2013 . The sea is very present, as the views of the Atlantic are important to fully enjoy the facilities of the Baobab Suites. For this reason Indótica has done extensive work in the control of the exterior and common areas and also in lighting, combining it with KNX and Dali technology, in order to contribute to the attractiveness of the Hotel.

Indótica has installed it in the Hotel Rack. Baobab Suite 5 Star a Gira HomeServer, this device is the on-board computer for the intelligent building. Connects the electrical installation of the KNX system to the computer network and the Internet. This allows central control of the building’s intelligent technology through a wide variety of control devices, regardless of location, facilitating the work of the Hotel Reception.
