Luxury Villa in Residencial Anaga

KNX home automation installation in the Canary Islands

Luxury villa built in 2012 in the residential area Anaga city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands. The Villa has first class views from which you can see both the Anaga mountain range and the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife from above. The architectural firm took care of all the details and maintained at all times a soft and pleasant lighting, enhancing all the architectural elements.

A KNX home automation system was installed in this villa, as Indótica does in all its projects, to be able to control the house both from inside and outside. The house has a Web server, which allows access from the IOS or Android, you can also access from a computer, either PC or Apple. The domotic lighting system, which is governed by KNX actuators, is controlled by room multipush buttons, while all passage zones are controlled by the home automation system by means of presence detectors. The house has an outdoor lighting sensor to prevent outdoor lighting from accidentally remaining on during the day.

The home automation system in this villa is also in charge of controlling the blinds of the house, which although not many are not less important.

In this work Indótica made the entire installation of voice and data, this makes the WIFI coverage throughout the house is stable. Throughout the house there are several data points distributed so that you can connect any device such as television, laptop, or any other device that requires it.

In addition to this, the house was equipped with a multiroom audio system to delight any music lover who lives in the house, the whole system is controlled from the mobile application and from the buttons arranged by the house.
